Each owner receives a package, approximately three weeks prior to the Annual meeting which will include a proxy.
The proxy also mentions the names of the candidates for whom you need to vote for. Only four (4) are required for a period of one year.
The proxy should be assigned to the President of the Board or any other person that will be participating on your behalf. The proxies can always be rescinded if you participate in the meeting, but in the event you are unable to do so, it will help establish a quorum and conduct the business of the annual meeting.
How to return the Proxy/Your Vote:
drop it off in the ballot boxes in each lobby
